Deluxe Package
Looking to have an even more laid back day? Let us introduce you to The Deluxe Package. This is a favorite of OBR couples! At our one-month detailed meeting, we will finalize all table sizes and ideal placement and you’ll let us know exactly where you envision things. Don’t worry, we’ll give you some pointers and suggestions for what will be best with your specific desires. Upon arrival of your big day, your tables and chairs are set up and ready for you to start decorating! A little perk - if you rent our linens with this package, we’ll have them on the tables for you too. At the end of your event, The Old Blue Rooster staff is ready to take care of tear down and clean up, too.

Let’s meet in the middle, shall we? The preferred package let’s our highly hands on couples handle their own table and chair set up upon arrival. You have everything mapped out and know exactly where things are going and you’ll feel so much better knowing you were part of the finished product - then you can head to The Lodge to start your hair and makeup! Now, you can definitely let loose because The Old Blue Rooster is ready to tackle the tear down and clean up at the end of the night. All bar services/DJ still must conclude one hour before

Value Package
A package for couples that don’t mind putting in some WORK! The Value Package requires extra effort and time during set up, tear down and clean up of all spaces used on OBR property. It’s not recommended to do this package alone - we hope you have some backup! Please note that the downside of this package is that you’ll more than likely have to end the party earlier, to allow for the tear down and clean up. We also have to ensure that all guests and vendors are still able to vacate the property before the contracted end time.

We require a $1M event insurance policy with The Old Blue Rooster listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost is $250. We’ve teamed up with a great partner who makes this so easy for you!
